1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Waterlift Energy website, operated by Waterlift Energy Limited (Reg. No. PVT-ZQULAQD8), a company registered in Kenya.
By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
2. Orders
All orders placed on this website are subject to acceptance, product availability, payment confirmation, and verification by Waterlift Energy.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, incorrectly listed, suspected to be fraudulent, or cannot reasonably be supplied.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, Waterlift Energy will notify the customer and process an applicable refund.
For made-to-order products, our team may contact you to confirm specifications, delivery timelines, access requirements, and any other relevant order details before production, assembly, sourcing, or dispatch begins.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images, specifications, and availability information on the website are accurate.
Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product depending on model, batch, supplier, size, finish, or product improvements.
Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before placing an order.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are VAT inclusive unless stated otherwise.
The price shown on each product page is the product price payable at checkout. No additional VAT is added at checkout.
Prices may change without prior notice. However, the price displayed at the time of order placement is the price charged for that order, subject to correction where there is an obvious pricing error.
Product prices do not include installation unless the product page clearly states that installation is included.
5. Payment
Payment is processed through PesaPal.
We accept payment methods supported by PesaPal, including M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers where available on the platform.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification. Waterlift Energy is not responsible for delays caused by failed, incomplete, reversed, or unverified payments.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines vary depending on product type, availability, customer location, and delivery requirements.
- In-stock products are typically delivered within 3 – 7 business days.
- Made-to-order products typically take 10 – 21 business days, depending on specifications, production, assembly, sourcing, and delivery arrangements.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
For eligible online shop orders, Waterlift Energy applies a standard delivery charge of KES 3,000 at checkout. This standard charge applies to selected products and standard delivery zones. For heavy, oversized, or special-transport items, additional charges may apply — our team will contact you before dispatch. No extra delivery charge is applied without your approval.

7. Installation Services
Installation is available for selected products upon request. Customers may request installation during checkout by ticking the "Request Installation Service" option.
Installation is not automatically included in the product price or delivery fee unless the product page clearly states that installation is included. Where installation is requested, our technical team will contact the customer after order confirmation to schedule the service, confirm site requirements, and provide a separate installation quotation for approval before installation is done.
Requesting installation at checkout does not mean installation has been paid for or confirmed. Installation is confirmed only after the customer approves the installation quotation and schedule.
8. Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the product meets the conditions in our Return Policy.
- Products must be new, unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Installed products are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
- Made-to-order products are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or were incorrectly supplied.
- Return shipping for non-defective products is the customer's responsibility.
- No restocking fees are charged for approved returns.

9. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the refund is due to an error by Waterlift Energy. For defective or incorrectly supplied products, Waterlift Energy may offer a refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy. Standard exchanges are not accepted.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify Waterlift Energy within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage or error.
After verification, Waterlift Energy will advise on the appropriate resolution in line with our Return Policy and Refund Policy.
11. Warranty Claims
Some products may carry manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims are handled separately from standard returns and refunds and may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
To make a warranty claim, contact Waterlift Energy with proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the defect. Our technical team will assess the issue and advise on next steps.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Waterlift Energy's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
Waterlift Energy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from product use, delayed delivery, incorrect installation by third parties, misuse, improper handling, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow product instructions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Kenyan law.
13. Website Use
Customers agree not to misuse the website, submit false order information, interfere with website operations, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Waterlift Energy may restrict or cancel orders where misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity is detected.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
Any disputes arising from purchases made on this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
