Delivery Coverage
Waterlift Energy delivers products across Kenya. We serve Nairobi and surrounding counties, with nationwide delivery available for selected products.
Our logistics team may contact you after order confirmation to verify your delivery location, product type, access requirements, and delivery arrangement.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on whether the product is in stock or made to order. Each product page indicates the stock status where applicable.
3–7 business days
Products marked In Stock are available for dispatch within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and payment confirmation.
10–21 business days
Products marked Made to Order are built, assembled, or sourced based on your order requirements. Production or sourcing typically takes 7–14 business days before dispatch.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Our team will contact you within 24 hours of payment confirmation to confirm your order details and provide delivery updates.
Delivery Charges
For eligible online shop orders, Waterlift Energy applies a standard delivery charge of KES 3,000 at checkout. This standard charge applies to selected products and standard delivery zones.
For some locations, oversized products, heavy products, fragile products, bulk orders, elevated water towers, tanks, or products requiring special transport, additional delivery charges may apply.
No surprise charges
Where additional delivery charges are required, our team will contact you before dispatch to confirm the final delivery cost. No extra delivery charge will be applied without your approval. If an order is not eligible for the standard delivery rate, we may contact you to revise the delivery arrangement, issue a separate delivery quotation, or process a refund where necessary.
Heavy and Special Delivery Items
For heavy or bulky items such as elevated water towers, large tanks, or items requiring special handling or transport, a site visit or access assessment may be required before dispatch.
This helps us confirm whether the site is accessible and whether special transport, offloading equipment, or additional logistics are required.
Installation
Installation is available for selected products upon request. Customers may request installation during checkout by ticking the "Request Installation Service" option.
Installation is not automatically included in the product price or delivery fee unless the product page clearly states that installation is included. Where installation is requested, our technical team will contact you after order confirmation to schedule the service, confirm site requirements where necessary, and provide a separate installation quotation for your approval before installation is done.
Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by Waterlift Energy. For orders requiring delivery confirmation, special transport, or installation quotation, our team will contact you before dispatch or service scheduling.
