How do I place an order?
Browse our products online, add the items you need to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be asked for your delivery details and then redirected to PesaPal to complete payment. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, Airtel Money, and bank transfers through our secure PesaPal checkout. No payment details are stored on our servers.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock products are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. Made-to-order products typically take 10–21 business days. Our team will confirm your order details after payment.
What are the delivery charges?
A standard delivery charge of KES 3,000 applies to eligible online orders. For heavy, oversized, or special-transport items such as elevated water towers, additional delivery charges may apply. Where additional charges are required, our team will contact you before dispatch to confirm the final cost. No extra charge is applied without your approval.
Is installation included in the price?
Installation is not automatically included in the product price or delivery fee unless the product page clearly states that it is included. Installation is available for selected products upon request — you can tick the Request Installation Service option at checkout. After your order is confirmed, our technical team will contact you to schedule the service and provide a separate installation quotation for your approval before any work is done.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is new, unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals. Products that have been installed are not eligible for return unless they are defective or were incorrectly supplied. Made-to-order products are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or were incorrectly supplied. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
How do I get a refund?
A standard delivery charge of KES 3,000 applies to eligible orders.
For heavy, oversized, or special-transport items — including elevated water towers, tanks, and bulk orders — additional charges may apply. Our team will contact you before dispatch to confirm any extra charge. No additional delivery charge is applied without your approval.
Do products come with a warranty?
Some products carry manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage and terms vary by product and manufacturer. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the defect. Our technical team will assess the issue and advise on the next steps.
Do you deliver across Kenya?
Yes. We deliver to Nairobi and surrounding counties, with nationwide delivery available for selected products. Our logistics team may contact you after order confirmation to verify your delivery location, access requirements, and delivery arrangement.
How do I track my order?
After placing an order, you can log in to your account and view your order status under My Orders. If you checked out as a guest, you can track your order at our Track Order page using your order reference number and email address. Our team will also contact you directly with delivery updates.
